Outcome:

The fit out of the Cannon Hill Call Centre was completed on programme and below budget, despite significant delays to the construction of the building as a consequence of unusually high rainfall during the construction period.

Summary:

The Cannon Hill Call Centre is a purpose built call centre for Westpac Banking Corporation.

Westpac were relocated from an existing facility within Brisbane, with a lease expiry date a matter of weeks after the scheduled commissioning date for the new call Centre.

Westpac were successfully relocated to a state of the art call centre on time, whilst successfully maintaining the operation of the business.

The strict attention to detail during the design phase, and the detailed planning during the construction phase were key aspects to the success of this project.
