MJ Wood Management was engaged by Hill International (formerly McLachlan Lister), to review the readiness of the venues required for the successful delivery of the Sydney 2000 Olympic Games.
Following a series of interviews with key stakeholders and a thorough review of project and financial documentation, MJ Wood Management prepared and monitored a series of project evaluation systems.
MJ Wood Management reported the status of each venue to the management of the Sydney Olympic Management Committee (SOCOG), complete with recommendations to address any unfavourable trends.
These recommendations were subsequently endorsed and implemented by SOCOG, contributing to the most successful games ever.
