Initial Complimentary Consultation
MJ Wood Management offers an initial complementary consultation with each client, to obtain a clear understanding of the current status of the project, and to discuss the client’s key objectives and requirements moving forward.
MJ Wood Management has developed a Commercial Project Management Assessment checklist, to ensure all aspects of the project are included during this initial consultation. A sample Project Assessment Checklist is available upon request.
This is particularly relevant for residential projects, as the property owners requirements can vary dramatically depending upon their previous experience with building design and construction.
