MJ Wood Management understand that every clients needs are different.

As a consequence MJ Wood Management will structure a suite of services to satisfy the unique aspects of every project.

Initially, MJ Wood Management will meet with each client to obtain a project briefing, where upon the scope of works and project objectives will be established and documented.

Upon taking the brief MJ Wood Management will prepare a project plan, which outlines the strategy of project implementation. The project plan will form the “blue print” for the project.

During the course of the project MJ Wood Management will work very closely with the client, ensuring that the status of each stage of the project is clearly communicated.
