During the design and planning phase, MJ Wood Management will manage the preparation of a comprehensive suite of detailed and coordinated design documentation for your project.
Prior to the preparation of design documentation, MJ Wood Management and the client agree on a selection of design consultants to be invited to tender for the project.
MJ Wood Management will prepare tender documentation, manage the tendering process, interview candidates and prepare recommendations for the engagement of the design consultants for the project.
The design documentation will be reviewed for functionality, constructability, completeness, compliance with local development control plans and compatibility with the approved budget for the project.
